I am a 40 year old life-long athlete and mother of two young children.  I am also a metabolic scientist with a Ph.D. in Molecular Metabolism and Human Nutrition.  I have spent the last two decades in Diabetes Centers conducting scientific research regarding obesity, diabetes and exercise.  I have been playing sports since the age of five.  I began CrossFit training in November of 2017 and have experienced nothing but positive changes; in my fitness, in my health and in my mind-set.  As a CF-L1 trainer, I believe in the power of movement, exercise and nutrition as medicine and I hope to bring this message to as many people as possible.  Now, let’s get moving….
